Ulla Delfs Moss is Key Account Manager (KAM) at Tamro working with clients, i.e. pharmaceutical companies. This means that she provides support to those responsible for key customers, helping them to develop business relations so that both parties are satisfied.
The best part of my job is meeting customers. When you are together with the client, you develop an arrangement that is positive for the customer's business, our business and for all patients who need medicine. The role of a KAM is based on making everyone a winner, and the way of achieving this is to be honest and solutions-oriented. Our ambition is for the client to view Tamro as a partner, rather than a supplier.
In my key account role I am straightforward and a team player. I get a real kick when I see how we can contribute to developing our customer’s business, and I believe it is important to highlight and celebrate successes. This is part of the positive Tamro spirit that permeates all areas of the company.
