Digital services

Digital services pillicon crossicon

Our digital services give you direct access to the world of Tamro. You can see when we receive your goods, which goods you have in stock and their combined value, and whether you have any items on back order. Moreover, you’ll receive notifications about how your sales are going and your key data.

Some of this information is provided in real time, giving you a clear grasp of important data and enabling you to make quick decisions when need be. Various analyses and reports provide you with additional information. You’re involved in determining report layouts, who receives them and when. Our digital services also include database management.

Several hundred people use our digital services on a daily basis. This means high expectations on our service level that have to be met day in and day out. It also means good opportunities to gather feedback on how we should develop our services.

Order management and finances

Order management and finances

The majority of our customers use EDI to manage their orders, but you can also place orders by phone. Our automated outstanding order fulfilment system ensures that patients get their medication as soon as possible following a temporary shortage. We offer flexibility when it comes to billing. If necessary, we can run credit checks on your customers and provide temporary financing against your warehoused goods.

Sometimes there’s a need to order goods for your pharmacy after hours. In such cases you can place a supplementary order via our customer service, which handles the matter manually. If possible, your order is included in a normal delivery round, otherwise a courier service is used. Hospitals can place emergency orders day and night.

We can also acquire pharmaceuticals that require an import licence.

Support in legal matters

Support in legal matters

The pharmaceuticals market is a complex and regulated world. Our specialists in regulatory and legal matters simplify your working day. You can get in touch as needed to check on legal matters and participate in our network meetings. We’re also flexible when it comes to the agreement process and can quickly draw up individualised agreements. Our ambition is to build a long-term, sustainable business relationship based on terms and conditions that benefit both parties.

Well-formulated agreements provide a firm foundation for successful partnerships. Meet Pontus Moberg, our General Counsel, who knows how to create winners on both sides of the table.

Administrative support

Administrative support pillicon

There are many rules – both national and international – concerning the handling, distribution and destruction of pharmaceuticals. If you conduct cross-border trade within the EU, for example, you must submit an Intrastat report to Statistics Sweden. We can help you with such things.

Another area that requires much administration is the uploading of batch release certificates to show that your medicinal products are approved for sale within the EU. Arranging import and export licences when shipping goods classed as narcotics between countries also entails a great deal of paperwork. Here too Tamro can relieve your organisation. We have all the permits necessary to report narcotics to the Swedish Medical Products Agency.

You must also report the amount of packaging you use to FTI (Packaging and Newspaper Collection Service) and SGÅ (Swedish Glass Recycling). Since we’re handling your goods anyway, let us take care of such matters and reduce your administrative burden.
