In fact, Tamro's business is as much about information as about shelf metres and deliveries - perhaps even more so. A large part of our work is to monitor every last square millimetre - from the moment we receive the goods right until they're on the pharmacy shelves.

That's a lot of millimetres to monitor. Despite this, not so much as an earplug passes through our hands that we can't account for when our customers make enquiries. When can it be delivered? Where in the process is it now? What is its stock value, and are more of the same product available? We have systems that answer the questions when, where and how and provide full insight into the process, providing up-to-date figures and historical data, diagrams and bar charts, stock reports by email or sales reports by sms, right now or at any time of the day or night. All customers have unique needs, so we provide unique services. We can produce finished analyses of stock and distribution data, or we can send raw data files to customers who prefer to analyse the data themselves.
