A rewarding and developing journey at Tamro
My journey at Tamro began in the spring of 2014, after being recommended to the company by a friend. Over the years, my job has been both educational and developmental, but what has meant the most to me is the community with my colleagues. Some days are tougher, but I don't think I've gone a day without laughing. My colleagues really make every day fun in some way.

A versatile role with opportunities for development
Today, I mainly work in goods reception, but my role is broad and also involves reading in transfer goods. I like that I can step into several different departments if needed; it has given me a greater understanding of the entire company. Trying different tasks and learning new things has played a significant role in my satisfaction and development.

I try to see our core values as more than just words, but as a natural part of my workday. Taking responsibility is central to my role, where every effort can actually affect a customer's well-being. Honesty and a desire to always do your best are important, and I appreciate that we have such a permissive corporate culture here. That's why collaboration is a crucial key, and by participating in pulse meetings and identifying improvement opportunities, we create a valuable flow for the safe and secure delivery of medicines.
