Two years after Mileta Krcunovic moved from Montenegro to Sweden, a friend recommended a position at Tamro. In February 2018, Mileta began employment as a picker, and was soon asked to become a mentor for new employees. Two and a half years ago, Mileta decided to take the next step and applied for the role of team leader in the picking warehouse, a position which Mileta now holds and enjoys.

An everyday life full of responsibility and development.
As a team leader, I have a varied role where I work with planning, personnel matters, improvement initiatives, and workplace environment issues. I lead and allocate the work and collaborate closely with my colleagues so that we can achieve our shared goals. For me, it is important that everyone in the team feels involved and recognised – and that everyone takes responsibility for their work. I often say that we can only win the match if everyone does their best every day.

At Tamro, we all have a vital mission, and simply knowing that we can actually save lives every day is one of my greatest driving forces. It motivates me always to do my best and to ensure that, together, we deliver. I like to take responsibility and am highly competitive, which means I see every day as a new match to win. When we achieve our goals and see the results of our work, it feels like a great victory.
