Ordering vaccines

Ordering and delivery

If you are not already a customer with Tamro, we need to register you as a customer. Please use the form found in the link list below.

Ordering vaccines from Tamro can be done via phone, web order, or by sending an order form to vaccin@tamro.com.

Orders placed Monday–Thursday before 14:00 are usually delivered the next working day to the specified delivery address. Orders received by Tamro after 14:00 are picked and dispatched the following working day. Deliveries from Tamro do not occur on Fridays or the day before a public holiday.

Please note that for new customers, the lead time from order to delivery may be slightly longer than stated above. Delivery will only be made after a credit check has been completed and approved by Tamro.

Deactivation service

The European Directive on Falsified Medicines requires that each package of a medicine be deactivated before being dispensed to the patient. Tamro offers a service where, from 9 February 2019, we deactivate vaccine packages before delivery at the request of the customer.
