Order placement

Sometimes an order in addition to the regular order may need to be placed. This could be, for example, if a customer urgently needs a medicine or if an item was missed during the ordering process. Order Placement allows you to place an additional order or express order if the need arises.

The service is carried out through a manual order registered by Tamro's customer service. For urgent needs where you need the item immediately, you place an express order. The item is then picked and sent directly with a separate courier to the pharmacy. If it is not as urgent, an additional order is placed, which is picked and sent with the regular delivery.

To place an express order or an additional order, you contact Tamro's customer service, which is available on weekdays between 8:00 and 17:15. During the order placement, you will receive a more precise delivery time.
