Reposition of goods
Our reposition of goods service makes it easier for pharmacies to move goods quickly and safely between each other.
Normally, pharmacies are not allowed to move prescription medication between pharmacies as this is considered wholesale trade. Under current circumstances, in order to avoid shortages, the MPA has decided that pharmacy chains can move medicines between different stores and other chains. However, this only applies to medicines that the MPA deems to be in short supply.
Tamro's Reposition of goods service gives pharmacies the opportunity to move goods within their own chain and other pharmacy chains. The dispatching pharmacy is responsible for ensuring that all conditions of the MPA are met each time the service is used.
Here's how it works:

The pharmacy will pack selected goods into Tamro's transport trays or crates/roller cages. The goods are labeled with an address form and the correct number of stamps.
- Tamro’s transport vehicles will pick up the goods and transport them to the recipient pharmacy. The delivery of intermediate consignments is made with the next possible delivery, usually within 1-5 working days.
Our services over the delivery of goods weighing up to 15 kg between pharmacies and shops.
