Tamro's BI services are designed to provide a better understanding of your business and useful tools for its development. We can meet various needs for both business analysis and information, and identify the solution that is most relevant based on your challenges.

To make it easy to find the setup and features that best suit your business, Tamro has designed two different BI packages. We call them BASIC, and PREMIUM. This way, you only pay for what you need, while also having the option to scale up to more advanced analysis tools if necessary. The same option to choose between standardised and customised solutions is also available for our reporting tool and file transfer function.

BASIC: Gives you access to KPI widgets via an easy-to-view dashboard, product information, as well as the ability to update delivery dates and place web orders. BASIC also provides access to real-time data on completed transports, goods reception, stock levels, and backorders.

PREMIUM: This package includes everything from Free and Basic, as well as the ability to group by product and district. It also includes our more comprehensive analysis tool for sales, inventory, transactions, backorders, and KPIs.

Reports in three levels.

We want to give you access to a wide range of updated reports on, for example, sales statistics, stock level information, and invoicing. Our goal is to offer as flexible a tool as possible.

Standard: Included free as part of our logistics service.

Additional reports: Further reports from Tamro's report range.

Customer-specific reports: Compiled based on our customer's needs and wishes.

You can also access the Launch Reports service, which provides a convenient solution for quickly following up on sales and future availability. Launch Reports give you an overview of both daily results and an entire launch period, as well as detailed reports for the latest day by customer, city, municipality, and/or pharmacy chain.

File transfer.

Tamro's service provides you with access to automated file transfers, allowing you to receive information such as stock levels or lists of current customers and product articles.

Standardised File Transfers: Information is sent via FTP in Tamro's standard format.

Customer-Specific File Integrations: Information is sent via FTP and automatically read into our customer's business system.
