FMD.

With the FMD service, Tamro can detect unregistered and counterfeit medicines upon receipt and prevent them from being forwarded and potentially reaching the end patient. The service involves scanning a package of each item and batch to ensure that the medicine is correctly uploaded in the national database SMVS according to the EU's directive on falsified medicines.

Customised shelf life.

Tamro follows the FEFO principle (First Expiry – First Out) to ensure the shelf life of medicines, but sometimes the principle does not align with your agreements or inventory situation. Therefore, we have developed the "Customised Shelf Life" service.

Uniform terms create flexibility.

Some of Tamro's more complex additional services require a more detailed agreement between the parties, but most additional services are provided according to a set of simple general terms. This means that additional services can be ordered and started at short notice without the need for a contract. This gives our customers freedom and flexibility when it comes to the selection, activation, and discontinuation of additional services.
