In addition to our integrated distribution to pharmacies, we can also handle your deliveries to other recipients in the Swedish market. We have regular deliveries to the major wholesalers and the Swedish pharmacy chains. We can also arrange deliveries directly to individual recipients if needed.

Knowledgeable customer service

An important part of our distribution solution is our knowledgeable and competent customer service. In many cases, we receive orders electronically, but sometimes manual handling is required. Our staff is available to answer your or your customers' questions – simple or more complex.

Order, pick/pack & delivery

Order placement can be done both electronically and manually, depending on the customer's preferences. Picking, packing, and compiling of deliveries take place at one of our central warehouses. Transport to the recipient can be done in individual deliveries or with our fixed route vehicles to larger, frequent recipients.

Invoicing

If you wish, you can transfer the invoicing of recipients to Tamro. Our invoicing service covers the entire spectrum from electronic invoicing with contract prices to paper invoices with list prices.

GDP compatibility

Our central warehouses in Gothenburg, Kungens Kurva, and Eskilstuna are all adapted to GDP (Good Distribution Practice) in terms of facilities and processes.

Administrative services

With the help of the services offered by Tamro, you can save on administrative time as well as ensure that you comply with current laws and regulations regarding the handling, distribution, and destruction of pharmaceuticals at a national level. You can get help with release certificates for your goods, secure handling of narcotic drug licenses, environmental fees to FTI (Packaging and Newspaper Collection) or SGÅ (Swedish Glass Recycling), and submitting Intrastat reports to Statistics Sweden. For exports, Tamro can produce proforma invoices and handle customs services.
