Do you have agreements with your customers, who receive deliveries from our central warehouse (CL), regarding the minimum remaining shelf life of products? Keeping track of the shelf life of goods and medicines is crucial for safe distribution, and Tamro normally follows the FEFO principle (First Expiry - First Out). However, there may be instances where this principle does not align with your agreements or inventory situation. In such cases, our "customised shelf life" service can be very useful.
Here’s how it works:
To meet your specific needs, you provide us with the agreements you have made with your customers regarding individual items or assortments, as well as the shelf life requirements for these. We then set up a set of rules in our business system that overrides FEFO in cases where the principle does not align with your agreements.
