To prevent pharmacies from placing excessively large orders of medicines, we offer the goods allocation service. With the help of allocation, it is ensured that necessary medicines are continuously available.

Here’s how it works:

Based on your instructions and preferences, we set limitations for specific items linked to individual pharmacy operators. If a pharmacy orders goods that exceed the allowed order volume for the allocated item, we inform the pharmacy of this while cancelling the order line.

It is only permitted to allocate medicines under certain conditions, therefore the service is aimed at:

• Pharmaceutical companies with parallel-imported medicines where the flow of goods is directed towards certain pharmacies or pharmacy chains.
• Pharmaceutical companies experiencing that pharmacy operators place abnormally large orders of certain medicines that may jeopardise supply to patients.
