Divine James

Divine James, a warehouse employee at Tamro's distribution centre in Gothenburg, is known for her positive energy and determination. With the motto "If you got a job, do it good!" she spreads both joy and inspiration among her colleagues. After three years at Tamro, she has not only developed professionally but also achieved impressive personal growth.

Elmas Akan

Elmas Akan started in the picking department in 2007, initially as a temporary worker, and has since tried several different roles within the company. Today, she works in customer service and describes her journey at Tamro as rewarding and eventful.

Jim Frycklund

Jim Frycklund has had a multifaceted career at Tamro, where his curiosity and interest in technology have led him through several roles. In his current role as Business Intelligence Database Administrator in Tamro's Digital Solutions team, he works on developing solutions that create value for his colleagues and the entire business.

Johan Luu

It started with five months of work and training in Nykvarn for Johan Luu, who is now a Team Leader in goods reception in Eskilstuna. He describes the journey as a roller coaster.

Linnéa Lundgren

With a versatile role and broad experience, Tamro employee Linnéa Lundgren appreciates both the community and development opportunities at her workplace. Mahmoud Shakeri

Team leader Mahmoud Shakeri has been part of Tamro's distribution centre in Stockholm since 2019, always focusing on the technology and machines that drive the operation. In the autumn of 2024, he took a new step and was promoted to team leader for the technology team, a role where he now has the opportunity to develop his skills as a leader.

Mileta Krcunovic

Two years after Mileta Krcunovic moved from Montenegro to Sweden, a friend recommended a position at Tamro. In February 2018, Mileta began employment as a picker, and was soon asked to become a mentor for new employees. Two and a half years ago, Mileta decided to take the next step and applied for the role of team leader in the picking warehouse, a position which Mileta now holds and enjoys.
